Complete this online form to have your sets and props needs and offers posted online at the Wakakirri ‘Wardrobe’. These listings are also emailed to schools participating in Wakakirri via the monthly Teacher Newsletter.

Hints

When advertising sets, props or costumes:
• Include good description of items
• Explain how they were used in the past or the type of performance they’d suit eg: “Set used for school musical of Oliver” “Snowflake costumes – would make good fairies”
• Let people know how long you’re offing the items for, especially if they’re items you are trying to get rid of
• Giving things away is best
• If you still can’t get rid of something, but don’t have room for it anymore, consider taking it to a Reverse Garbage or Trash Transformers style centre. There is at least one in each state

When borrowing sets, props and costumes:
• Look for things in your area
• Offer to collect the items or pay for transport
• If you are retuning items at the end of hire/ lend, keep a note of the condition they are in (even photos help) and look after them as best you can
